All picnic tables are assembled with thermally galvanized hardware. The tables are sanded and delivered fully assembled, so you won’t have to put together a complicated assembly kit and you can start using your picnic table right away.

Do the Picnic Tables Need to Be Treated?

This depends on the type of wood. Impregnated spruce is already treated and has a greenish colour, so no further treatment is required. To better maintain the beautiful orange hue of Douglas wood, you can treat it with Douglas oil or stain in a natural colour. If you’d like to give the picnic table a fun colour, that’s also possible. We have complete treatment kits available, or you can purchase individual cans as well.

Also available in the shop: cushions for picnic tables in various sizes and styles. The luxurious outdoor fabrics are water-resistant and colourfast, giving the cushions a long lifespan. They are available in a colour of your choice. The cushions for the foldable picnic table come in a three-piece set, with a back cushion and two seat cushions, or a two-piece set with just the seat cushions. The seat cushions are secured to the benches with a strap and Velcro, ensuring they stay in place. For the foldable picnic table, the seat cushions can remain in place when switching between the picnic table and bench mode.
