Shipping and delivery in the Netherlands:
- The shipping cost of cushion sets for the bench and table 2 in 1 is € 6,95.
- The shipping cost of all other orders in the Netherlands is € 50,-.
Ordering from abroad:
Belgium:
- The shipping cost of cushion sets for the bench and table 2 in 1 is € 15,-.
- The shipping cost of all other orders in Belgium is € 65,-.
Germany:
- The shipping cost of cushion sets for the bench and table 2 in 1 is € 30,-.
- The shipping cost of all other orders in Germany is € 95,-.
- Use the ‘pay in advance’ payment option. You will receive the invoice(s) via mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive full payment.
Other European countries:
- We do not deliver in other countries.
- If you do want to place an order, you will have to provide us with an address in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany to deliver your order. The shipping costs of picking up your order at one of these countries is the same as mentioned above.
- Use the ‘pay in advance’ payment option. You will receive the invoice(s) via mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive full payment.
How can I return my product(s)?
Returning packages in the Netherlands:
Are you disappointed with your product or do you regret your purchase? Send an e-mail to info@bankentafel2in1.nl. Please include your customer number, order number, and the article numbers you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email from us the same day.
This is possible up to 14 days after you have received the product(s). After informing us about the return shipment, you will have another 14 days to send your return product(s).
When you use your right of cancellation, the product including all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to the company.
If the product and/or the packaging is more damaged than would generally be expected for trying the product, we may deduct from the refund to cover for the diminished value of the product. Make sure to handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
After we have received your return shipment in good order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) including shipping costs within 14 days. Please note! If you keep one or more products from one order, only the purchase price of the returned product(s) will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
Please note! The shipping costs will be about € 7,25 for a parcel sized 100 x 50 x 50 cm and about € 13,25 for larger parcels. The costs for returning products are for your account. This applies to products that are delivered to you by Post NL.
For returning/collecting the bench and table 2 in 1 or other furniture in the Netherlands the following applies:
The costs for collecting the bench and table 2 in 1 or other garden furniture are for your account (unless it is covered by the warranty). Collecting the bench and table 2 in 1 will be done by a carrier appointed by us. Add a completed cancellation form with the return shipment, you will find this form at the bottom of this document.
The costs for return shipment in the Netherlands is € 75,-
After we have received and checked the returned product(s), you will receive a confirmation email from us. You are only responsible for restoring traces of use, not for any potential repairs due to the working of the materials. All of this will be discussed with you. Of course we do our utmost to prevent any of this and make sure we satisfy you as a customer.
We are allowed to hold the return payment until we received the return product(s) in good order.
If you used the option to order customisation straight from our supplier Witvliet Meubelen, your order will not be covered by the right of cancellation from our web shop.

After we have received and checked the returned product(s), you will receive a confirmation email from us. If the bench and table 2 in 1 has any damages or traces of use, the costs or restoring those are for your account. You are only responsible for restoring these traces of use, not any potential repairs due to the working of the materials. All of this will be discussed with you. Of course we are trying to do our utmost to prevent any of this and make sure we satisfy you as a customer.
We are allowed to hold the return payment until we received the return product(s) in good order, or until you provide us with proof of postage.
Other countries are required to provide us with an address in the Netherlands where a carrier appointed by us can collect the order. We do not collect orders abroad, except for Belgium and Germany. The costs for collecting a return shipment in the Netherlands are € 75,-.
If you used the option to order customisation straight from our supplier Witvliet Meubelen, your order will not be covered by the right of cancellation from our web shop.
